All our boots are preloved, yes, preowned unless otherwise specified. WOMEN'S WIDTH INFORMATION: The letter next to the size indicates the width measurement. If no letter, it usually denotes standard width. Here are some of the common widths: A - Women's narrow width B or M - Women's normal or regular width C or W - Women's wide width
