Refund policy

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery date and receive a return authorization number.
  • Customer provides return shipping (exception: damaged product, listing error, etc.)
  • Must be shipped off within 5 days of receiving return authorization number.
  • Upon receipt, we will refund full amount of original purchase including shipping (partial shipping if order was multiple boots) and issue a 30% off discount code for a future purchase. 

NOTE: No returns on boots $15 or under.
