Refund policy

• Contact us within 5 days of delivery date and receive a return authorization number.
• We provide the return shipping label. MUST be in original box (16x12x7) or a box/package that doesn't exceed those total measurements. 
• Must be shipped off within 5 days of receiving return authorization number.
• Upon receipt, we will refund full amount of original purchase including original shipping less a 20% restocking fee. 

NOTE: No returns on boots $15 or under.
