These boots were in better condition than they actually look in the photos. Also the people that work at The Boot Barrel are absolutely fantastic to work with. Our daughter requested the Ariat Women - Size 9.5B - Brown/Pink Snip Toe Cowboy Boots Style 10011924 for Christmas. Ordering was easy and they arrived in a reasonable amount of time. They were just what she wanted and was "over the moon" excited to receive them. They were just what she expected.

These boots came in shipped neatly and look brand new. Unfortunately they are so tight I can’t wear them.

The boots were exactly as pictured, clean, and packed nicely. They came quickly as well! My only complaint is they don't include the shaft width measurements on the listing, they ended up not fitting around my calves :(
